Comp Plan Reminder—
How Are Your Legs?

Beginning in April 2007, the 5th leg requirements for Senior Director and above will be in effect.

In addition to your 250 PV (including 100 PV from a single Auto Refill order), and 1,000 GV, to earn the rank of:

  • Senior Director you must have 5 legs with at least 1,000 OV each
  • Presidential Sapphire you must have 5 legs with at least 5,000 OV in each
  • Presidential Ruby you must have 5 legs with at least 10,000 OV in each
  • Presidential Diamond you must have 5 legs with at least 15,000 OV in each

Horizontal Compression for these ranks will include all of your legs, excluding the 4 with the largest OV.

Darlene Long

Darlene has a strong and diverse background in business and customer relations. Her expertise includes production and quality control, human resources, contract negotiating, employee relations, job implementation, customer service, and all aspects of accounting.

She was one of the first women in the heavy construction field in Canada and also owned an award winning custom-design home building company.

In 1988 Darlene became the first female member of Rotary International paving the way for women in Rotary today. Darlene is also a certified facilitator for time management and personal excellence with the Pacific Institute.

Darlene began her career with Unicity in 1993 and achieved the rank of Presidential Director in 1998. She is a driving force with this company in Canada and the Northern United States.

Glade Poulsen

Born and raised on a small farm in southern Idaho, Glade Poulsen got started as an entrepreneur by buying and selling calves. As an adult, he devoted 20 years to founding, building, and selling construction businesses.

After he discovered Rexall in 1991, he started traveling to Asia and developing a vision of international business. He went full time in 1997, and today his Unicity organization does significant volume in all of Unicity’s Asian markets as well as North America.

As one of Unicity’s top income earners, Glade remains focused on driving his business to new heights by helping new people launch large businesses of their own. He lives in Eagle, Idaho, with his wife Cindy, and they have seven children. Glade enjoys activities with his family like boating at Lake Powell, white water rafting on the rivers of Idaho, camping, four-wheeling, skiing, and gardening.

Ronnie Weston

Ronnie Weston is the owner of Lifequest Enterprises, a sales and marketing firm based in Palm Harbor, Florida. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from Hofstra University in 1980. She practiced securities law for eight years in New York and Florida, specializing in health care finance. She is now an entrepreneur and trainer, with over seventeen years experience in running her own business and providing consulting services to others.

Ronnie’s association with Unicity for the last fourteen years has been an extremely rewarding one. She has built an enormously successful franchise on a part time basis. Her success has given her the time freedom to serve on the Boards of several charitable organizations, thereby making a difference in today’s world.  Ronnie’s goal is simple: to teach audiences about the power of leverage and its relationship to achieving personal and professional success.

Ronnie’s true passion revolves around spending time with her family—her husband Evan, her two sons, Chad and Jake, three bonus children, and three grand children. She loves to cook and entertain and is currently writing a cookbook about the connection between food and family. She is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys working out, riding bicycles, playing golf, and water sports.
