Fall 2007 Super Saturday Training Events—
Super Saturdays Start in September

Starting September 15th, the Franchise Advisory Board will be hosting a series of Super Saturday Training Events throughout the country. Each event will include a full day of business and product training. The emphasis of the business training will be the Two-Step Customer Development System and the Three-Step Business Development System.

Not only will you learn from members of the Franchise Advisory Board and Medical Advisory Board, but also new emerging leaders who are enjoying great results following these systems. Everyone involved in the organization of these events is committed to striving for excellence in their role to make each event as valuable as possible.

Stewart Hughes Reports on Growth in North America since the Convention

On this past Monday’s National Franchise Training Call, Unicity CEO Stewart Hughes took the opportunity to share with Franchise Owners the amazing growth that Unicity has experienced since the Orlando Convention in July.

Stewart credits the growth to the two new Tools-Based Business Development Systems. “These are the most powerful tools for building your Unicity Franchise that we have ever produced. The facts—in just the last few weeks—seem to bear that out.”

Stewart reported that the month-to-date rate of new Preferred Customers has increased by 27 percent and the month-to-date rate of new Franchise Partners has grown by 25 percent.

“This would be remarkable growth in any month,” said Stewart, “but considering we’re in August with all of its distractions and commitments, the growth rate is simply amazing!  We attribute it to your hard work and commitment using our systems-based approach to building your Unicity Franchise.”

Make the Follow-up Call

After completing Step One: Introducing the Bios Life Franchise and giving your prospect the Profiles of Success booklet and CD, the next step is to follow up and determine your prospect’s interest. In this week’s call, Todd teaches…

  • How your voice sounds on your follow-up call will influence the response you get from your prospect.

Categorize Your Prospect’s Interests

Depending on your follow-up call, you should be able to categorize your prospect’s interests into one of three general categories. In this portion of the call Todd explains…

Compensation Plan Reminder –
Don’t Lose Your Manager Status!

Managers and above in the Unicity Compensation Plan are required to have a total of at least 2,000 points of Personal Volume (PV) over each 12-month period in order to retain their Manager status.

The anniversary date for determining the 12 months for all Franchisees who were transitioned into this plan as Managers or above for September 2006 will be the end of August each year.
For those who have become Managers since September 1, 2006, the anniversary date will at the end of the month 12 months from the date they first qualified as a Manager (and the end of that same month in future years).

If this requirement applies to you and you want to see if you have accumulated the required 2,000 points of PV over the past 12-months, please refer to the PV listed at the top of your Distributor Activity reports that come with your commission payments. If you have further questions, please call 1-800-UNICITY and ask the Unicity representative to check your records.

The 12-month anniversary date for all Franchisees who were transitioned as Managers or above for September 2006 will be the end of August 2007.

The anniversary date for those who have qualified as Manager since September 1, 2006 will be at the end of the month one year from the date they first qualified as Manager.  For example, if you reach Manager level on October 1, 2006, your anniversary date will be October 31, 2007.
