High performance engines need high performance fuel. Whether it's roaring down the quarter mile strip, rushing through a 24-hour endurance course, or lifting a jet into the air, if the engine isn't given the proper blend of fuel, it'll never reach a winner's status.*

Without the proper fuel, your body will never reach the peak performance level you desire. Creatine Now!™ gives you the high performance blend of creatine, glutamine, B vitamins, and antioxidants needed to take you to the next level of performance.*

The patented effervescent technology delivers Creatine Now!™ in a manner that the body can quickly absorb and use, and puts an end to clumps and grit, allowing nutrients to be available for easy absorption.*

Creatine supports the body's refueling process, which increases energy production and has been shown to increase performance and muscle strength during exercise. In addition, creatine is responsible for improving performance in high-intensity exercise, increasing energy levels, and speeding up the recovery process.

Glutamine helps maintain muscle cells and supports important metabolic functions. Glutamine has been linked to protein synthesis and muscle recuperation. It helps prevent muscle from being catabolized (eaten up).

The B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B12, D-calcium pantothenate, vitamin B5) are absolutely necessary for normal body metabolism and enzyme function. The B vitamins are used in our bodies to process fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Energy stores can naturally be increased by supplementing with B vitamins.

Vitamin C, one of the most potent antioxidants, supports healthy cells, strengthens bones and connective tissue, and increases the performance of the immune system.

Research Brief
Creatine (methyl-guanido-acetic acid, sometimes called N-amidinosarcosine) is a compound that's naturally produced in our bodies to supply energy to our muscles. The average human body contains over 100 grams of creatine, and 95 percent of that is stored in muscle tissue. Once inside muscle cells, it can convert into creatine phosphate (CP) or "phosphocreatine" to be permanently stored until it is used to produce ATP (short for adenosine triphosphate), which is biochemical energy.,p> A creatine balance is maintained in the human body, with about two grams of creatine being synthesized and then metabolized each day. After creatine is used in the muscle cells, it can be released to spontaneously form creatinine, which is then removed from the blood via the kidneys and excreted in the urine.

Creatine can be found in foods such as beef, salmon, and herring. One pound of beef contains about two grams of creatine. Creatine is also degraded during cooking, so it is difficult to obtain a large amount of creatine from foods. Supplementation of creatine has been shown in research studies to help promote lean muscle mass, increase strength, and increase muscle size. In fact, it is among the most well researched sports supplements on the market today and repeatedly has been shown in clinical trials to be safe and effective.

FAQs
Q. Can teenagers use Creatine Now!™?
A. Creatine Now!™ is not recommended for anyone under the age of 18.

Q. How much research is available on creatine? Does it work?
A. More than 80 clinical studies published by various organizations have shown creatine's effectiveness in delaying muscle fatigue, enabling you to work out longer and develop more strength, larger muscles, and greater results.*

Q.What are the benefits of the effervescent delivery system?
A. The unique, patented delivery system allows for complete dissolution of Creatine Now!™ in water. A creatine formula in traditional tablet or capsule dosage forms does not fully dissolve in water, leading to clumps or a gritty taste. Higher dissolution of our effervescent formula ensures proper absorption and assimilation of ingredients.*
